4. AI Processing and Voice Data

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct interview and talk sessions and to analyze your responses. To provide this functionality, the following data is sent to third-party AI service providers during your sessions:

• Your microphone audio is transcribed to text by AssemblyAI
• The conversation transcript and the interview materials you provide (resume, position, questions) are processed by OpenAI to conduct the interview and to generate your scores, feedback, and performance reports
• The AI interviewer's replies are converted to speech by Cartesia or ElevenLabs
• Real-time audio is transmitted through LiveKit, our voice infrastructure provider

In our mobile app, we ask for your explicit permission before any of this data is sent to these providers, the first time you start a session. In addition:

• This data is shared with these providers solely to provide the Service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes
• These providers are bound by data processing agreements that require the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy
• Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to you
• You can delete your recordings and sessions at any time
• We do not sell your voice data

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• AI Service Providers: As described in Section 4, session data is shared with OpenAI (conversation and report generation), AssemblyAI (speech-to-text), Cartesia and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), and LiveKit (real-time audio infrastructure), solely to provide the Service. These providers offer the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy
• Payment Processors: Stripe (web purchases) and Apple (In-App Purchases on iOS) process your payment information; we never receive your full payment details
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share your information
