Scrum Master

Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and coach development teams. You will lead scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, foster team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Scrum and agile principles, facilitation skills, and experience coaching teams. You will protect the team from distractions, help establish team norms, track sprint metrics, and promote agile mindset. CSM certification and servant leadership approach are highly valued.
